Are you ready for the Adventure???
Bakong invites you to embody an adventurous quest of finding emeralds in the Cambodian jungle. In this adventurous game, the players incarnate audacious adventurers that look for emeralds in the heart of the Cambodian jungle. They will have to avoid the traps that stand in their way, all the while filling their gem pouches before being able to enter the temple of Bakong that holds the most precious of gems...As well as the most cursed! But be careful for once the loot has been harvested, it will be necessary for you to return to camp quickly!

1 camp tile;
1 Bakong temple tile;
6 rucksack counters;

2 six-sided dice;

| Great theme (rush through the jungle to grab the most treasure while avoiding traps etc.) and great components make for a very pretty game. It also simple and fast, with just enought decision-making to be challenging for children around 7-12 years old. I particularly like the fact that you have limited space in your backpack and need to use it wisely - it creates nice choices of what to keep and what to leave behind in the jungle.
Altogether it is a very fun and fast game that plays particularly well with children in the age range mentioned above. |
