Nostra City
From the Publisher...
The Big Apple has gone very bad.
New York, 1990s. Johnny Gota, undisputed Godfather of the biggest criminal syndicate on the East Coast, has just been arrested for 246 counts of extortion, homicide, racketeering and a whole lot more. Manage the family business and scheme your way to the top, but most of all, rig the jury to get the Godfather off the hook. Because if he walks, he retires, and the best mobster in Nostra City gets the top spot.
Nostra City is no game for the weak of heart. You’ll have to run your business and collect on the girls, drugs and gambling that fuel your criminal endeavors, then use that money to rig the trial and free your boss. Deal straight with your fellow crooks, or they’ll have vendettas that can ruin you. And be wary – one of your competitors may actually be an FBI informant actively working to undo all your efforts and see to it that Johnny Gota gets the punishment he richly deserves.
Nostra City is the game of criminal enterprise in a city of corruption and greed for three to five gangsters. Winning this game requires treachery, back-stabbing and distrust, along with the instinct and drive to rule the streets and claw your way to the top. Collect your crew and hit the streets, because when the fighting is over, only one of you can rule Nostra City.

Fun game where mobsters work together to free their mob boss, but only one mobster can stand tall. That is, unless a snitch works his way in and sabotages his trial. All the while, you've got a business to run and wiseguys you need to get it done. Manage your criminal empire and work together to save the boss from prison...or else. |
