A nice looking abstract that reminds me of "Connect 4". The mechanism is similar.


Quarto! is an abstract game that could be described as 4-in-a-row in 5 dimensions. It is very simple to play, but challenging to win. I particularly like the fact that your opponent chooses which piece YOU have to place on the board, which gives the game yet another twist. Highly recommended for fans of abstract games.
