In the game of Cathedral World, the Great Wall of China, the West Wailing Wall, the Wall of Marrakech and the Zimbabwe Ruins define the space where two opposing players vie for territory in which to strategically position their 14 architectural playing pieces. Whichever piece or pieces cannot be placed back within the village boundaries, determines the winning player.

The “People Piece” represents citizens from all four corners of the globe and is surrounded by buildings, monuments, statues, temples and mosques. Depending on the player’s skill level and strategy plan, it can be used as either a neutral, or an extremely pivotal piece, changing the direction of play at every move.
