In addition to the points a player already accumulated by claiming routes, he or she will also score points for completed Destination Tickets. Don't forget, though, to subtract points for any Tickets you hold that you didn't complete!

Lastly, the player who completed the longested connected line of his or her train cars gets an additional 10 points. The player with the highest score wins!
