1960: Making Of A President   (View Game)

Another winner from the Twilight Struggle team. The gameplay is not as varied or complex, but it is a nice, lighter version of their card-driven system, and it focuses on one of the most interesting elections in US History. I learned quite a bit while playing it.

This game cannot be beat if you (or someone you play games with) is a history buff (particularly, a US history buff). Beyond that, I (as someone who is not a history buff) enjoy the game just because of the back-and-forth of the overall election. Very unique and entertaining game.

This game is great for middle and high school students. It really engages them, but at the same time they are learning about history and our presidents. I even used it to turn into a book report later about any president the student chose.
