Wow! This game is ugly!!!! BUT it is simply AMAZING! Perhaps an oversimplification, but I wrote this game off several times in the discount bin because of how dated and boring the game looked from the pictures on the back of the box. Instead of a boring game, this is a very tight economic/auction game with a very cool twist on the actual bidding: you have a few workers to place out to either try to win a bid, or at least drive up the price on your opponents. This is definitely a gem of a game.
