| Not only is this version of the new classic inexpensive, it's portable and very faithful to the original game. The only significant differences are slight fixation of board elements, such as the centralization of the desert. It really changes the game little, if only to keep the board balanced and slightly more familiar. Otherwise, same great Catan, very well constructed. |

| Wonderful game of strategy. I was way behind and looked to loose then all of a sudden, three rounds later I won. Many twists and every board to play is different.
We adjusted rules for 2 players. Start with 3 settlements and play to 18 or 20 points. |
