From the Publisher...
After forty years passing without a single word from the Cylons, they returned, and all but eradicated the human race. In this time of strife, they must put aside the petty differences that once separated them and focus on one thing — survival.
Humanity's only hope of a future is to find a new home; a place called Earth. The Cylons, however, are in constant and tireless pursuit. They now look, breathe and bleed exactly like humans. Cylons have infiltrated the Fleet, destroyed resources, and threaten to finish the extermination they have begun. The humans have no choice but to run, plagued by the paranoia of an indistinguishable enemy.
Are you a Cylon who will help to erase any memory of the human race? Or will your resilience and determination to survive prove to the Cylons that humanity is worth saving?
Battlestar Galactica: The Board Game is an exciting game of mistrust, intrigue, and the struggle for survival which places each player in the role of one of ten of their favorite characters from the show. Each playable character has their own abilities and weaknesses, and all must work together in order for humanity to have any hope of survival. However, one or more players in every game secretly is secretly a Cylon, and wants the humans to perish. For 3-6 players ages 10 and up, playable in 2-3 hours.

| paranoia is the best word to describe this awesome game. you dont know who is a cylon and who isnt. could it be you? if you arent, it is your job to protect Galactice. If you are, keep it a secret until the time is right and then try to take down the Battlestar. very true to the show! Favorite game! |

| Epic is the only way I can describe this game. Each and every time we play it, it comes down to the wire. The production value is fantastic, the board has moving parts, and it supports up to 7 people. You don't even need to be a BSG fan to play the game, but it sure does help! Enjoy! |

| I initially purchased this game seeking a good cooperative experience. I didn't find it, but the sense of paranoia among the portion of players who are supposed to be working together is delicious! A well-realized theme, but the genre and length of set-up and play can make it a bit tough to get to the table with fans of lighter fare. A great game to pull for your more serious gamers. |

| I've never watched the Battlestar TV-show, but I still think this is a great game. I love cooperative games with a traitor element and this is definately one of the best. What sets Battlestar Galactica appart, is both the very immersive theme and the actions that you can do. You really feel that you are part of a story. |
| I've never seen the Battlestar Galactica TV-show, but that doesn't stop me from enjoying this game. The best thing about it, is the way decisions are made with everyone voting in secret, so it is actually possible to influence the decisions without giving away your identitiy. This is handled very fluently in the game and it mixes well with the other mechanics of the game. Highly recommended for fans of cooperative games who have an interest in Sci-Fi - it is not restricted to fans of the TV-show. |
