Kingsburg
From the Publisher...
In the fantasy realm of Kingsburg, King Tritus has chosen his most trusted and talented governors — you and your opponents — to oversee the territories at the very edges of his kingdom. Your ability to exert influence, construct buildings, strengthen your defenses, and train your army will, with a bit of luck, see you move ever-closer to the ultimate reward: a position among the King's most trusted advisors!
Designed by Andrea Chiarvesio and Luca Iennaco, Kingsburg is a briskly paced game for 2-5 players.
Players adopt the role of a governor, and vie for resources to build up their province, military power to defend their homes, and above all the influence of the King. Over five years (five turns) players rely on various advisors to the King for resources. From tangibles like gold, wood, and stone to soldiers and portents, each acquistionn will shape the future of your community.

Kingsburg is a worker placement-resource gathering game that uses dice better than any other game. If you enjoy a little bit of luck with your strategy games, Kingsburg is a great choice. This game sees a lot of table time at our house. Enjoy! |

If you love games with dice, you will probably love Kingsburg. Kingsburg has a fantastic and unique dice mechanic. Plays great and fairly quickly. Good combination of strategy and dice rolling. |

My new favorite game! Kingsburg is best with 4-5 people, but we were surprised with how well and how easily it's modified to accommodate two. Definitely try it out! |
