Lord of the Rings Board Game
From the Publisher...
Master Board
The Masterboard, unlike the other scenario boards, remains in play throughout the game. It is here that the Hobbits and Sauron are locked in battle, drawing the players (the Hobbits) nearer and nearer the dark lord Sauron, who advances to corrupt and destroy you.
Moria
The huge figure of the Balrog steps forward, wrapped in flame. Gandalf and the Balrog fight a tremendous battle which ends in both plunging into the depths, after Gandalf smites the bridge with his staff.
Shelob's Lair
Gollum has been released and is leading Frodo and Sam to Mordor. Trapped in a dark tunnel they are attacked by a giant spider, Shelob.
Helm's Deep
Helms Deep, a Rohan stronghold, is being besieged by Orcs and wildmen. The Orcs throw themselves at the walls and blow a breach in them with the fire of Orthanc.
Mordor
Frodo and Sam struggle towards the foothills of Mount Doom, crawling from hollow to hollow, Gollum tracking them. Mordor is in permanent darkness and the Ring is becoming an increasingly heavy burden.

| I personally think that the lord of the rings game is very brilliant. It's just like the movie and it will always be a spectacular product for young kids and also teenagers. I give this game 2 thumbs up. |
| A very thematic cooperative game with beautiful artwork. This was the first fully co-op game I tried and I still think it is one of the best - and a must try for fans of Tolkien. |
