**requires Memoir'44 core game to play** From the Battle of Britain in the summer and fall of 1940, to the air bombing raids deep into Nazi territory and over Japanese cities in mid-1945 - the airplanes, pilots and the men and women who kept them flying, all had a profound impact on the outcome of the War and the bitterly fought ground battles thousands of feet beneath them.
The painted airplane miniatures that come with this expansion and the Air rules that accompany them invite you to climb in your seat, strap on your harness and take to the skies! Equipped with them, you will relive all the battles you've played to date, but with a twist; this time around, you will experience first-hand of how different a fight can be, when seen and fought from the skies!
These Air rules were designed to be easily adapted and retrofitted to the now over eight hundred scenarios published by the players' community in the Scenarios from the Front section.

| This is a very nice expansion to the base game. It adds both miniatures, new rules and new scenarios and brings a whole new dimension to Memoir 44. |
| This is a must-have expansion for Memoir '44. Personally, I think this should have been included in the base game (eventhough it would have made it more expensive), since the new rules introduced here change the game significantly and provide a much more accurate role to air support than in the base game. If you like the base game of Memoir '44 you need this expansion. |
