| As long as you play with people who won't bog the whole process down with their AP tendencies, this game is a real treat. With a slightly different setup each time, you can't simply rely on the same scripting of steps to be successful.

| Caylus is a very well respected worker placement game. I think the reason for this great succes, is that there are so many different and subtle ways of interacting and influencing the other players. This keeps the game interesting and means that you constantly have to reevaluate your position and your strategy. |

| After only 3 playings, I see this is a game to challenge anyone for a long time. Each game is slightly different, so it will always be a challenge to find the best path to victory. Lots of options each turn to compete for - a real brain burner. One of my favorites! |
