Star Wars:Queen's Gambit

The Trade Federation is in control of Naboo but the displaced Queen has a daring plan. Divert the droids. Seize the palace. Destroy the control ship. The Trade Federation's plan is simpler: Wipe them out... all of them.
This game recreates the ending of The Phantom Menace with four different battles happening on four different boards at the same time. The game is card-based where players must try to allocate their resources to get ahead in some battles while not getting too far behind in others. Planning, card management, and tactical positioning are key. Concentrate on the battlefield? The Jedi? Anakin? The palace? A little of all? The game will come with two case-wrapped gameboards, a three-dimensional three-level cardboard/plastic palace. It also comes with over 130 plastic models.

| I loved it a lot. It takes a while to set up but the game play is worth it. It doesn't matter what player you deside to be because they both have their strong points. It's a fairly long game, but once you get going, you won't even notice how long it takes because it's so much fun. I give it a 10 out of 10!!!!!!!!! |
| This is truly a collectors item, and if you ever come across it, you don't need to think twice about it, just buy it. It is not only a great toy (tons of Star Wars themed miniatures) but more importantly, it has great gameplay. The main reason for this, is that the players have to divide their attention between several battle arenas at once, and choosing when to focus on which makes the game highly strategic. I am happy and proud to have this game in my collection. |
