Bidding for Property in Phase 1
Players use their money to bid for properties in the first phase. One card will be placed on the table per player in the game. You never know what will come up when!

Players have to raise the bid to stay in the auction or they can pass. Each time a player passes he takes the lowest valued property on the table and then pays half of his bid (if he had bid previously) to the bank. The last player in the auction pays his whole bid, then takes the remaining card. This unique bidding system is engaging and the decisions are agonizing!

When all the properties are sold, it's time to sell them for big bucks...hopefully!
